"Wrong will be right when Aslan comes in sight.
At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more
When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death
And when he shakes his mane
We shall have spring again."
The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe.

Lord of Winter
With his breath
Melts the ice
of sin and death
He sends the snow like white wool
Displaying the power of his word
When he releases his powerful command
Against the cold
Who can stand?
Jesus fulfills God's mighty law
His grace alone
Creates the thaw
When sin allures in pleasant shapes
I am protected with his grace
Repentant tears melting frost
Reflect the glory of the cross
Lord of Winter
With his breath
Melts the ice
of sin and death
North winds across me blow
I heard his voice, like falling snow
Calling me back from the north wind
I turned back to him away from sin
He wiped the tears from my face
His arms circled me with his grace
Lord of Winter
You freeze and thaw
With grace you fulfilled
The mighty law
Oh Lord Jesus with your mighty hand
You lifted me up
You helped me stand
Hail hurled at me like mighty stones
Were stopped by grace
By grace alone
Lord of Winter
With his breath
Melts the ice
Of sin and death

"He sends his orders to the world
How swiftly his word flies!
He sends the snow like white wool;
He scatters frost upon the ground like ashes
He hurls the hail like stones
Who can stand against the freezing cold?
Then at his command it all melts
He sends his winds, and the ice thaws"
(Psalm 147: 15-18)
